“We can go to the backstage, but I dont think it will be so fun. The circus is so more exciting at night.” She says, with a bigger smile. Since child, the thing she loved must was the song that always play on circus and the magician’s perfomance. The circus in the day was just full of noise.

“Chaerin. I like it.” she muttered, grabbing her hand and leading her up behind the curtains. Some people were there, packing stuff to boxes. They are moving again in a few days and some clothes they have already use was useless now. One man cleaning the dressing table smile for Tiffany, who just return a smile. “Ignore them. They dont serve for anything but clean your make-up.”

But whatever, Tiffany has been so out of what is new at the world that she would not mind to a name. The kid was looking at ring, she must be enchanted about how beautiful the Midnight Circus was. The Hwang can understand her. She has been on it before.

Right. Hyoyeon just call everyone last night to say that a group of brats of Bransin School was going to visit the circus. So Tiffany have to be sweet with them. Not was so hard, they are probably in the age of her. But she did not want to “take care” of one of the students. She did not have time for this, she need to get ready for the next show.

So she have to enjoy her free time. Tiffany already got the music, she just want to try the acoustic of the ring. In this perfomance, she try to pick a song that have a meaning. Well, and this song was really pretty. The singer sit on the middle of the ring, with her eyes closed and take a deep breath. Her voice out sweet and low, but if someone was around there, could hear her singing.

Jessica eyed the other, her slight smirk still lingering on her glossy lips as Tiffany finished speaking. What was her opinion on the whole rebel thing? Jessica had made the mistake in setting her mind on getting to Tiffany to even think about whether she even cared or not on the matter. Thinking over on what the latter had said, Jessica did have to agree she saw reasons for those people to be planning on such a thing, but in all honestly, Jessica couldn’t see the effort. Maybe that was just her. Anyone could ask around and they would know Jessica Jung did love a bit of her own entertainment but this seemed to serious for her taste.

“What do I think? “ She let out a little chuckle as she played with a random tiny object in her fingers before opening her mouth to speak again. “I think its some kids being bored or maybe being in over their heads” Jessica shifted slightly. “Then again, it’s some entertainment, right?” The thin line of her lips grew longer, another light chuckle slipped through her lips with her eyes never leaving the other next to her. “What about you, Tif?” Jessica turned her head now to give the other girl her full attention, her tongue lightly clicking against her cheek while she continued to play with whatever was in her hands out as she waited.

“Oh, they want to lose their head.” She smiled, enjoying it. She was even excited about this talk, after all was always good to know about what happened at the circus, as these small revolts. It was the first that happened since she arrived at the circus and it was obvious that soon would end. Nobody had enough power to dethrone Hyeoyeon, at least not anyone who Tiffany know.

The Hwang finished smearing the legs and so rested her hands on her lap. “I think impossible to be able to change how the circus works. But I wonder who are these idiots. Who do you bet?

The Hwang left the bathroom with the towel still wrapped around the body and hair. It was becoming uncomfortable with the heat that always made, even more that heat meant that soon the rain came. And if there was something that was worse than the heat was the rain.

Tiffany wore what she called a pajama - a men’s sweater she had bought only for sleep and short shorts - and took the towel from her hair to comb them. Would still have to dry them and this would make a big job. By herself, would just lie in bed and roll over, but if she did, her hair would look awful the next day. She began combing the threads slowly, but stopped when she heard a noise outside.

She recognized the voice of Jessica outside and turned when she came into her tent. She sat in a chair near the bed and Tiffany gave a small smile at her of her dressing table and let the brush there. She went to bed and got a cream to pass in the legs while listening to the colleague what had come to speak.

When she heard what Jessie said, her face remained the same as ever, but inside she was almost screaming to talk to someone about it. She looked at the girl beside her and nodded, her face still uninterested. “Yeah, I heard some things. It is true that they want the head of Hyeoyeon? It is not difficult to imagine why, but anyway … What do you think about that?”
